Located in the Tuscany region of Italy, Villa Nastrino is a lovely cottage with an enclosed garden, private swimming pool and wonderful countryside views. Situated between Lucca and Pisa, near the village of Buti, the cottage is within walking distance of restaurants and grocery stores (500 m). Florence (74 km), Lucca (20 km) and Pisa (28 km) are within driving distance, as is the coast (Marina di Pisa, 40 km).

The cottage (70 sqm) is attached to the back of another property. It develops over two levels and has an enclosed garden (fenced partly with mesh wire stone, stone wall, and fence) and pool which are exclusively for guest use.

On the ground floor, you will find a living room with a sitting area (with a sofa and TV), a dining area (with a table for four) and an exit to the veranda, as well as a well-equipped kitchen nook.

Stairs take you up to the first floor, where you will find a quadruple bedroom (with double bed and two single beds) as well as a bathroom (with bath, shower, washbasin, and bidet).

Outside, the villa has a large garden with a private swimming pool (10 x 5m; depth 1.2 – 1.6m; open from beginning of May to end of September) with a sunbathing area (with sun loungers and umbrellas) and an external shower. The villa also features a large, shady veranda with dining (with table for four), barbecue, kitchen (with sink and burners) and an external utility room (with washing machine and toilet) as well as parking within the grounds.
