The villa is a complex of three apartments—new and equipped with every comfort—designed to accommodate families or small groups of friends. One apartment features two bedrooms: one with a double bed and an en suite bathroom, and the other with a double bed and an additional single bed. The house also features a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, an additional bathroom, and an outdoor area with a small terrace—perfect for relaxing outdoors just a short walk from the beach.

The Samuele apartment, located on the first floor, is a bright and well-laid-out 54-square-meter apartment, ideal for accommodating up to 4 people. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom, and a private veranda.

The Francesco apartment, approximately 45 square meters, also accommodates up to 4 people and is located on the first floor. It features a double bedroom and a living room with a sleeper sofa, as well as a functional kitchen and a private bathroom. The apartment also features a balcony, perfect for enjoying the sea breeze or reading in peace.

For families with small children, a travel crib is available upon request. The property also offers private on-site parking, ensuring maximum convenience for those traveling by car.
