A cozy, two-story vacation rental with a side view of the sea and located right by the coast: Here, you can really enjoy yourself!

This comfortable vacation rental is located on the second and third floors of the complex.

On the second floor, you’ll find a light-filled living room with an open kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, and the bathroom.

From the living room, you have access to the sunny southeast-facing balcony with a side view of the sea.
Here you can wonderfully wind down at the end of your day—or start your morning with a nice cup of coffee.

A staircase leads from the living room up to the second bedroom, which features a 1.40 x 2-meter bed. The Velux windows have blackout blinds.

In the well-equipped kitchen, you’ll find everything you need to take excellent care of yourself even while on vacation.

There is a parking space for your car in the underground garage (duplex parking). The parking space is located downstairs near the lift. Please note the dimensions for your car (L: 4.90 meters / H: 1.48 meters / W: 1.90 meters).

Another parking spot is located approximately 700 meters away. This spot is outdoors and at ground level.

Sehr gute Lage direkt hinter dem Deich. Zentrumsnah und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Super ruhige Lage. Ein toller Fahrradschuppen ist auch vorhanden. Die Wände sind wohl gut dick, denn man hört nichts von den Nachbarn. Seitlicher Meerblick ist auch sehr schön wenn man mal gemütlich auf dem Balkon bleiben möchte. Ausreichend Stauraum in den Schränken.
