Hello and welcome to Haus Aquamarin :-)<br>"Bernstein" is one of a total of 7 apartments, each with different amenities and sizes.<br>The following amenities are available for all vacation apartments:<br>- Parking space next to the building<br>- Luggage racks can be stored in the lockable garage<br><br> - Bicycle storage is available in the garage<br>- Coin-operated washing machine available<br>- Coin-operated dryer available<br>- Terrace or balcony<br>- Outdoor furniture available from April through October<br><br>The Accommodation<br>The "Bernstein" Apartment<br>- is approximately 35 m² in size<br>- suitable for 1 to 2 people<br>- is located on the first floor and is accessible via 1 step<br>- 1 bedroom with a 1.80 m double bed<br>- 1 bathroom with shower and hair dryer<br>- 1 living and kitchen area with a built-in kitchen, microwave<br>(no oven), toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator with<br>freezer compartment, 4-burner cooktop, electric kettle, and satellite TV<br>- 1 terrace<br>- Dogs are welcome for an additional fee<br><br>Please note that guest cards are not included in the price when booking:<br>The benefits of the visitor’s tax/guest card include free admission<br>to the beach. You will receive your guest card directly from me. All adults are subject to the visitor’s tax (people with severe disabilities [50% or higher] receive a discount).<br>Children and teenagers under 16 are exempt from the visitor’s tax.<br><br>The following costs are added to the price: Büsum visitor’s tax:<br>Guest card /per person aged 16 and older/per night, plus 1 night for the arrival and departure days<br>April through October; Dec. 25 through Jan. 7: 3.00 euros<br>Remaining period: 2.00 euros<br><br>Optional extras can be booked:<br>Duvet covers: 12.00 per person<br>Towel package: 9.00 € per package<br>Dogs are welcome: 46.00 euros per stay
