Welcome to the ground-floor apartment on Lärchenweg.

This apartment, lovingly furnished in a Nordic style, can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children.

In the separate kitchen, you’ll find everything you need to prepare your meals.
An oven, ceramic cooktop, microwave, and dishwasher are available, as well as a fridge-freezer combo. In the cozy dining area, you can enjoy meals with your family or spend relaxing hours in the living area—with your own wood-burning stove, you can make yourself truly comfortable any time of year.

The apartment has two separate bedrooms. In the master bedroom, you’ll find a double bed measuring 1.80 x 2.00 meters.
The children’s room has a loft bed that measures 1.40 x 2.00 meters on the lower level and 0.90 x 2.00 meters on the upper level.

The highlight of the apartment is the garden, perfect for relaxing. It features a beautiful patio with patio furniture and a beach chair. We’ve also thought of the kids: Here you’ll find a swing and a slide that are sure to make their hearts race.
Right off the garden, you can access the Ostdeich and enjoy a walk along it to the harbor and the main dike.

Important to know: The garden is divided into two halves, which are not separated by a fence. The second half of the garden is located on the side of the house and is used by the upstairs apartment.

You can also store your bicycles safely; there is a lockable, covered storage area next to the house.

The house also has a shared laundry room with a washer and dryer.

Travel cribs and high chairs are available upon request, subject to availability.
