Hidden costs and zero support. The hotel is okay, and the location is good, but the booking experience was a nightmare. Hotels.com showed an incorrect price, and I ended up paying more at check-in. Don't expect any help from their team, they never answer emails. Save yourself the headache and the money, book elsewhere.

I don’t usually complain about places, even when I’ve stayed for short periods. However, I wouldn’t really call this a hotel — it felt more like a roadside motel. At reception, the staff only spoke about the city tax. There was no welcome or even a simple “thank you.” Also, the city tax was higher than what was shown on the app. Yes, it is very close to the train station. However, getting back to the city takes around 30 minutes each way, and the transportation cost adds up quickly. We spent about €30 per person per day traveling back and forth between the hotel and the city, so that is definitely something to consider as well. The amenities were also very limited. The only good thing was that there was a coffee machine in the room.

Next to train station, but very QUIET. Staff very helpful The smaller rooms have a very small bathroom and no door. The slightly larger rooms were perfect for a grandmother and 17 yr old grandson and the bathroom had a door!
