Spa in our accomadation was lovely the pool was still closed for winter but was still well kept and very inviting. Not worth the $1400 price tag False advertising, zero service, and outdated everything. Check-in took 15 mins with no staff in sight, spa was “fully booked” (and closed Wednesdays!) despite being the main reason we booked claiming to be a “Spa Retreat”. Towels weren’t replaced, old ones were folded back damp, and staff were uncontactable. Driveway full of potholes, TV barely works, and checkout was another 20 min wait with no invoice before charging. This place has huge potential but right now it’s lucky to get 2 stars – avoid.
