The Space:

Modern, calm and beautifully connected to nature, this lakeside home is designed for anyone seeking tranquillity and comfort in a serene bushland setting. Step inside to an airy open-plan living area where sunlight pours through wide windows overlooking the lake. Two generous leather sofas invite you to unwind, whether with a good book, a glass of local wine, or a quiet movie night.



The contemporary kitchen, with stone benchtops and crisp white cabinetry, is fully equipped for effortless cooking—complete with an electric cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and Nespresso machine. A central island with bar seating connects seamlessly to the dining table, ideal for long, relaxed meals shared with friends or family, with the glow of the nearby fireplace creating an inviting backdrop in cooler months.



Step outside to the spacious wraparound deck—a private outdoor sanctuary. Here, dine alfresco at the round table, fire up the BBQ, or sink into the lounge chairs as birds skim across the water. Wander down to the picnic table by the lake for a peaceful lunch or sunset drink surrounded by nature’s quiet beauty, or gather around the backyard firepit for slow evenings under the stars.



Three peaceful bedrooms each offer reverse-cycle air conditioning and quality bedding. The primary bedroom features a queen bed, an ensuite bathroom with a deep soaking tub and walk-in shower, and direct deck access for a gentle start to the day. The second queen room and a twin bedroom with two single beds share a bright, modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, while a third bathroom adds extra convenience for families or groups.



A full laundry with a washer and dryer, covered parking for up to four vehicles, and a single-level layout make the home effortlessly practical. With portable fans and heaters, this retreat stays comfortable year-round in Margaret River.



Several of our holiday homes are located close together in the same area just off Caves Road, centred around a peaceful lake. This makes them ideal for larger groups or families travelling together, allowing guests to stay nearby while still enjoying their own space. Guest Access:

During your stay, you and your group will have the entire cottage to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!

Within a 10-minute drive, enjoy acclaimed restaurants such as Masseria, Chow’s Table, Amelia Park, Fishbone Wines, Vasse Felix, and Rústico at Hay Shed Hill. Families can explore Yallingup Maze & Mini Golf just seven minutes away, while nature lovers will find Quinninup Falls and Honeycombs Beach only eight minutes from home. Getting Around:

Parking: Guests can park in the carport or in the driveway, where there are plenty of free parking spots available.



Airport: 45 minutes by car from Busselton Margaret River Airport.



Public Transport: Please note that there are no public transport options available nearby.

Please read and respect the house rules. This is very much appreciated, thank you! Before your arrival, we will also share a house guide that contains instructions on how to access the property, use certain appliances, and anything else you may need to know.



A starter pack of wood is provided during the winter months only (June – August). This includes kindling, firelighters, matches, and wood. Axes are not supplied due to safety reasons. Additional wood may be purchased from a nearby fuel station or hardware store.
