Summary:
This beautiful property couldn't be in a better location for your summer holiday with family or friends, but is equally suited to a winter get away, with a beautiful stone fireplace featuring a woodburning fire to get cosy in front of, with stunning views over the Bay to watch the storms roll in.
The Space:
As you enter this house you will immediately see the character the property boasts, with its unique beach style furniture quality artwork adorning the walls.. The entrance hall leads straight into the lounge room, with fireplace and comfy couches, and satellite TV. French doors lead out onto the outdoor dining space, spacious lawn area, and then straight down to the beach. There is a convenient kitchenette off the lounge room, making cool drinks or snacks easy to grab when having that game of cricket or boules outside.

The Neighborhood:
Eagle bay is an iconic beach & prestigious area to reside with Dunsbourough being only 5 mins drive away. Dunsborough is a popular tourist town in the famous Margaret River wine region. The region boasts many great wineries, restaurants, cafes, arts and crafts and boutique shops. Renowned as one of the worlds best surf locations you will find stunning and pristine beaches with clear aqua waters including breathtaking unspoiled natural scenery with an abundance of wildlife such as whales, dolphins, kangaroos, parrots and cockatoos. The marine life is easily accessed by the numerous safe and protected snorkeling locations close by. There are numerous walking routes including the well known cape to cape trail that are suitable for all abilities. Children will be entertained by the numerous activities in the region including our famous caves!
