The Space:

Just a short stroll from the turquoise calm of Yallingup Lagoon, Saltwood is your coastal base for barefoot mornings and salty afternoons. This newly refreshed beach house blends modern comfort with breezy charm, offering a chef’s kitchen with gas cooktop and Nespresso-compatible coffee machine, two king bedrooms, and a bunk room the kids will love. Wander down for a morning coffee or lunch at Lagoon Yallingup Café, or take the scenic pathway through the trees to Caves House and its lush gardens. With the Cape to Cape Track nearby and options for surfing, diving, fishing, and easy swims, Saltwood makes it simple to explore, recharge, and reconnect. Together.



Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire home, including the backyard, deck, and secure digital entry via front and side doors. Linen supplies are stored in a locked cupboard; otherwise, everything is yours to enjoy.



Other Things to Note:

Each room has its own split system AC for year-round comfort. Please note: there is one shared bathroom, and the property is not pet-friendly. An outdoor shower is provided for rinsing off after the beach.



Strictly no school leavers.
