The Space:

This cozy cottage features two bedrooms: a master bedroom with a queen bed and a second bedroom with a single bunk bed—perfect for children. The open-plan living and dining area is warmed by a wood-burning fireplace, providing a cozy atmosphere for those cooler evenings. A well-equipped kitchenette with an electric stove, dishwasher, and Nespresso-compatible pod machine makes meal preparation a breeze.



Step outside to enjoy the peaceful surroundings with a large verandah, outdoor dining area, and a fire pit—perfect for star-gazing or toasting marshmallows. Free Wi-Fi is provided, along with entertainment options such as a TV, Netflix, books, and games for quiet nights in. The property is equipped with all the essentials, iron, smoke alarms, and a first aid kit for your safety.



Orchard Cottage is perfectly situated for exploring the best of Yallingup Siding and the Margaret River region. Visit nearby Commonage Coffee and Wild Hop Brewery for a taste of local flavors, or venture to Yallingup Beach for a day by the ocean. For a unique experience, explore the stunning Ngilgi Cave, just a short drive away. The area also offers easy access to some of the region’s best wineries and scenic walks along the Cape to Cape Track.



Guests have access to the surrounding farmland and outdoor areas, while the driveway and sauna area are shared with a neighbouring residence, with privacy maintained throughout your stay.

A small supply of firewood is provided during the winter months (June–August). Additional firewood can be purchased from local fuel stations and hardware stores.



Leavers

We are currently not hosting Leavers bookings.

This property is located in a rural area, so WiFi and TV can sometimes be patchy or intermittent.



Please be aware that Orchard Cottage is located next to the main house (Orchard Homestead). The layout has been designed to ensure your experience remains private while still being situated on shared farm grounds.



Orchard Homestead can be booked separately, and there may be other guests staying at the same time. Alternatively, both properties can be booked together for one large family trip.
