The main living area offers plush seating and a cosy fireplace, opening onto an expansive alfresco deck made for long lunches, sunset drinks and relaxed evenings together, with a built-in BBQ, bar seating and tranquil outlooks. For movie nights, the footy or laid-back family entertainment, the private theatre offers another inviting space to come together.



The sleek kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances, a large island bench and ample storage, ideal for preparing shared meals. Beside the kitchen, a dedicated laundry includes a third toilet for convenience.



The primary suite is a private sanctuary, featuring a king bed, balcony access, and a luxurious ensuite with an oval bathtub, walk-in shower, and dual vanities. Three additional bedrooms each offer king beds, while another bedroom includes a queen bed, baby crib, and direct garden access, making it ideal for families.



The ground floor features the main bathroom, complete with a bathtub, walk-in shower, and a separate toilet, providing convenience and privacy for guests.
