The Space:

Backing directly onto the 18th fairway, this spacious two-level home enjoys uninterrupted views across the golf course and lake, where pelicans and native birdlife can often be spotted throughout the day. Designed around connection and flexibility, the layout offers multiple indoor and outdoor gathering spaces while still providing quiet corners to unwind. Large windows draw the surrounding landscape indoors, creating a constant connection to the greens beyond.



The central living area forms the heart of the home, with comfortable seating arranged around the fireplace and views stretching across the fairway. Adjacent to the living space, the dining area provides a natural setting for long breakfasts or shared dinners after a day exploring Dunsborough. The spacious kitchen is well-equipped with generous bench space and modern appliances, making preparation easy.



Three queen bedrooms and a fourth bedroom with two single beds are positioned across either side of the home, creating separation between sleeping and social spaces. The primary bedroom includes its own ensuite, while the remaining bedrooms are serviced by a well-appointed family bathroom. Upstairs, the loft provides a secondary lounge area. From here, step onto the balcony and watch the sunset unfold over the course.



The covered patio and outdoor dining area invite leisurely lunches, evening barbecues, and front-row views of golfers making their way up the final hole. The garden opens directly towards the fairway outlook, creating a sense of space and tranquillity rarely found so close to town. Additional conveniences include laundry facilities, off-street parking, and easy access to Dunsborough's beaches, shops, cafés, and walking trails.



A small supply of firewood is provided for the indoor fireplace during the winter months (June–August). Additional firewood can be purchased from local fuel stations and hardware stores.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you and your group will have the entire house to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!

The town centre is only a short drive away, where you'll find a vibrant mix of cafés, restaurants, boutique shops, and local galleries. Dunsborough's sheltered beaches are within easy reach for swimming, paddleboarding, and sunset walks along the shoreline.
