Guests will have access to entire house. Community amenities not included. Heater controls are all around the house including bedrooms. Please be considerate and leave the temperature in the living room set at 55* degrees when you leave (during winter) with all bedrooms and bathroom doors opened.

Please no shoes inside the house.

Please open fireplace vent before using it and leave closed before checkout.

Garbage should be left in the porch tightly closed. Also, you can take garbage to the compactor area where all garbage is deposited near community exits.

There is no air conditioning in the house as temperature tend to be cooler in the region where the house is located.
