Overall, my stay was lovely. However, the VIP benefits mentioned a free beverage per stay, but I only received water, which is a basic necessity that most hotels provide regardless. I was a bit surprised by that. Besides this, the amenities were nice like the fitness room, but I wish there was a sauna room available for women as well. I didnโ€™t like that they only had a sauna room designated for men.

I had to pack my stuff and leave my previously reserved hotel with my wife at 2 a.m. and check-in at Shila Stay at 3 a.m. The hotel receptionist was at the desk and really helpful. My staying over two night was the most peaceful and refreshing. I would come here again if I come to Busan. P.S. Donโ€™t go to Songjeong if you donโ€™t know the area well enough.

Cartier watch stollen from luggage

This was my fourth stay at the hotel, but it will definitely be my last. My wife's Cartier watch was stolen from her bag in our room. Although there are CCTV cameras in the corridor, it seems likely that a member of the cleaning staff took it. While hotels in Tokyo and Dubai would have taken this seriously I have had very little concern from the hotel it self. We have reported the incident to the local police, but we have little hope of recovering the watch. Stay at your own risk and keep your valuables with you at all times.

No food and no places to eat near by. No ice just a room. Reception empty hall and cold as was the hotel. It's a 2 to 3 star Hotel-not a Hilton!!!!!!!!!
