We had a bumpy start as one of our room had electrical issues but the staff quickly managed to change room and offered us a great service. Swimming pool was amazing. Staff when we checked out was also very helpful in the end. We are frequent travellers with many five star hotel experiences and we will definitely be revisiting this hotel and are planning to visit Signiel Seoul next time as well.

Nice hotel if you want to be by Haeundae beach. Other attractions were a bit of a drive away. We asked for help with a driver and were quoted a price and paid almost double what I thought. Lost in translation somewhere? Walk to downtown is about 15 min. There are shops and dining a short walk away as well. Food and drinks at hotel are $$$$. There are other nice options to stay nearby that are probably half the cost.

Good location. The guest lounge was awesome. Provided a tax refund slip that was a nice little bonus at the airport. It’s a short walk to the subway but you are on the beach with everything in walking distance. Would totally stay here again. Make time for the pool!

Overall we had high expectations for this property after coming from an amazing place in Seoul. Unfortunately we were disappointed by the rather impersonal customer service. When we arrived for check in after the appointed check in time, we were told that the room wasn’t ready. The suggested solution was that we wait in the lounge (only after we suggested an alternate room, was this option explored). This was after a long queue to check in (which can be expected at large hotels so we understood). The price of in room amenities and food at the hotel was quite high for what was offered. The room was quiet and clean and comfortable with an absolutely incredible view which was a huge plus. Unfortunately the pool was closed one whole day for cleaning so we were only able to use the pool once during our stay and for a short period of time. We were also disappointed that there was no option to pay for a late check out. We were happy with the location and there was one concierge, shout out to Leo, who was super helpful and made our stay infinitely better.
