Everything is so clean, the outdoor pool was very heated - it was amazing! The kids lounge is pretty big - a play area, slide and climbing structures, our kids couldn't get enough! The location is connected to a mall and tons of food options- super convenient. It's a quick walk over to the sky capsules as well! The service here is like nothing we've experienced before, staff ready to help at every corner and they prepared our room with kids bathroom amenities, a stool, bedrail. We highly recommend!

Amazing experience and service and hotel. Especially the concierge employee went above and beyond to help us get KTX train tickets for multiple stops, as it is a bit difficult to Reserve train and bus tickets if you are not a Korean national.. Rooms were great amazing view only thing is that I wish the air conditioner dealt with the humidity better but it's been my experience at other hotels as well. It is in the heart of Haeundae, walk out to the beach and the boardwalk.

We both agreed that this is one of the top hotels we've stayed in. Staff are keen to help and always polite. The room was immaculate, and sea view was superb. As this was only a short stay while we passed through Busan we spent most of the days out and didn't have time to explore all the amenities on offer inside the hotel. Location is fantastic, however, and our only regret is that we didn't stay longer.
