We loved the convenient location, with many attractions and landmarks just a short walk away. Many dining options for all budgets. The views, both during the day and at night, were beautiful. A special mention goes to the front desk team, who were very helpful throughout our stay, especially as we were travelling with young children.

The location is pretty good, and it's close to the station. The hotel is located in an unfinished commercial building, and there are three hotels sharing the same building. It feels more like a serviced apartment. Early in the morning, you can hear the sound of electric drills from construction work. The soundproofing is very poor — you can even clearly hear the sound of doors closing. It's just terrible. The room layout is also poorly designed, with a lot of wasted space.

チャガルチ駅から近く、とても便利な立地でした。チキンを注文したいとフロントで相談したところ、男性スタッフのキムさんがすぐに対応してくださり、とても助かりました。ありがとうございました。お部屋にはスタイラーがあり、脱いだ上着や着ていた服のシワを伸ばせたので、毎日気持ちよく過ごせました。マンションタイプのホテルだったため、まるで住んでいるような感覚で快適に滞在できました。また、大きな冷蔵庫と電子レンジがありとても便利でした。食べきれなかったチキンを温め直して食べることもできました。タオルは毎日交換していただけました。客室清掃は3泊中1回でしたが、特に不便は感じませんでした。一点だけ、浴室用の足ふきマット（足ふき専用タオル）があるとさらに便利だと思います。総合的にはとても快適に過ごせるホテルで、また利用したいと思います。洗面所の床が濡れているように見えるのですが、濡れてる様に見える素材の様で常に濡れている訳はなかったです。

買い物するのも食事をするのも立地は最高でした。正面にコンビニもあります。ただ、レジデンスの中のホテルなので入口がとても分かりにくいです。3つのホテルと住居者のいる部屋とが混在しているホテルです。同じフロアに他のホテルの部屋と、居住者のいる部屋とが隣接していました。客室内部は、キッチンと家庭用ぐらい大きい冷蔵庫もあり便利でした。ロフトもある部屋だったので天井も高く、扉で仕切れるコネクティングルームもありそれぞれにエアコンもあり、それぞれの好みで温度調節できる点がとても良かったです！マイナス点を強いて言うなら、韓国あるあるなのかもしれませんが、バスタブにシャワーカーテンがあれば良かったなと思います。フロントのスタッフもとても親切で日本語を話せるスタッフもいて助かりました。リピート有りです！

場所はとても良かったです。綺麗ではありましたが、コンセントが古く、変換プラグを使用しなければいけなかったので、そこが不便でしたが、フロントが開いている時間に借りることができたので、結果的には助かりました。

房間很大很舒服四個人行李攤開都很夠用我們住海景loft 雖然二層沒用到但是如果有帶小朋友來非常適合唷廚房冰箱都很大但是沒有提供餐具為這些只有杯子，有需求的日需要自行準備唷雖然房間很多，但是等電梯很快，不會很擁擠服務人員人也都很和善推薦推薦而且一下樓就是biff廣場熱鬧又好逛

Beautiful view and smack middle of a lot of stores and transit is less than a 3-5 minute walk. I loved how clean it was and the view was amazing. I gave it 4 stars for amenities because you can’t use the in room washer but you can ask the front desk instead and they’d guide you. I personally would have paid more if I could use the washer :)

地點超級方便，距離地鐵札嘎奇站很近，樓下就是BIFF廣場，吃喝玩樂的四通八達，非常棒！房間很乾淨，挑高建築，裡面有智能衣櫥超讚！下次去釜山一定還要再住！硬說缺點的話就是少了洗衣服務吧！

ホテルからすぐ前にコンビニゃ屋台なのどあり、とても良かったです。部屋も綺麗でフロントの方やみなさんが親切な対応して頂き楽しい旅行になりました。美味しいお店などフロントの方が休み時間に案内してくれたりと、本当いいホテルに宿泊できました。また次回もこちらに宿泊しょうと思ってます。
