신축건물이라서 룸컨디션은 최상입니다. 다만 아쉬운점은 아직 완벽하게 셋팅이 되지않아서 아쉽네요. 수영장 미오픈, 조식 메뉴중 한 메뉴가 떨어졌을때 리필되지 않는문제, 안내판이 아직 완성되지않아 건물내에서도 많이 헤맸습니다. 이런부분 개선되면 정말좋은 숙박시설인것 같습니다.

26년 신규 오픈이어서 매우 깔끔했습니다. 스타일러가 비치되어 있어서 매우 편리했습니다. 다만, 공사때문에 역까지는 조금 멀었던게 아쉬웠지만, 그래도 이용하기 나쁘지 않았어요. 부산역과도 가까워서 좋았음. 재래시장도 가까웠음.
