The hotel is beautiful and the staff were excellent. The location was great for us, close to public transport and food options. The room was fine with enough storage and was quiet, but it was slightly old looking and needed refreshed. Breakfast was really good!

Lotte Hotel was a safe bet when booking due to facilities around in Saemyeon. The complex though is dated, room was not clean. Power kept shorting in our room only. Drain in shower didn’t drain. Fitness centre was great and also central for day tours from the relevant meeting points. Safe and ok for budget hotel.

I’ve always been IMPRESSED by the staff’s excellent service during my previous stays, but this time felt a little different — the service came across as a bit cold and robotic . It wasn’t too bad, just more like what you’d expect from an average mid-range hotel , and the hotel itself seemed a bit less organized than usual. if you’re planning to explore Busan’s Jagalchi or Seomyeon areas, this hotel still offers excellent value, a great location, and plenty of shopping convenience.

This was my second stay at this hotel. I stayed in a Club Twin room. We enjoyed the daily breakfast with its variety of options. The staff was both friendly and helpful. We utilized both the laundry and dry cleaning services and were pleased with both the results and the timeliness. The room was well appointed. The only issue we had was the heavy perfume of the hand soap. Other than that, our stay was wonderful. I look forward to staying again in the future.

We are staying here only today in room 3433 I booked online and upgraded the room to a Premier room ( 100$ cad more than the regular room) because the premier room has the access to the pool . The only reason for our one night trip was to use the pool . When we arrived it was explained to us that the pool was closed today . We went to talk to the lady at the front desk to explained to her that we paid 100$ more just to access the pool and that we would’ve gotten a regular rate room if we would’ve of known the pool was closed . We asked the lady at the desk if there was anything she could do to compensate us , at least refund us the upgrade on the room or offer us breakfast. She didn’t seem very concerned or made any effort to compensate us, she just kept saying go tomorrow morning when we told her multiple times we where leaving in the morning . I also wanna make clear that when I booked months ago I made a point of going on your website and verifying that we didn’t book butduring the pool closure . We don’t usually stay in fancy hotels like this one because it’s a big splurge for us and we are very disappointed in the level of service we are getting here. *** After they saw my review they did offer me a late check out from 11 to 12:00 ( the pool is closed at that time by the way) after we told them multiple time we had to leave in the morning anyway

Avoid, everything is feel tired and dated

Used to stay the hotel 3 years ago. But second visit was terrible especially on the services. The doormen will pretending not seeing you when offload and loading the luggages from and to cars. When checking out, the receptionist don't even bother to have eye contact. The condition of the hotel also quite bad, muddy smell carpet and the lift also need to wait quite sometimes.
