Our stay at NEWCZ LCT Residence was amazing. The view was absolutely stunning, and the place was incredibly clean and luxurious, which my wife loved so much. We also really appreciated that they provided fresh water and clean towels every single morning. Having a kitchen to cook our own meals was a huge plus, and considering the reasonable price, it was truly a perfect choice for us.

Important information to know is that this is not an hotel it’s an amazing apartments building with the best views and location in Bosan. However there is no pool or gym. The checkin desk is in basement 5 and parking is included is a big plus. We chose this place for its location and because we needed a room for 6

Amazing condo on the 70th floor! Everything was perfect from the check in process to the location of the property right at Haeundae Beach to the spacious condo with a great view of the water. I will stay here again on my next trip to Busan!

It is as advertised. The property is on the beach and about 10-15 min walk to Haeundae market. We commuted by Uber to local tourists centers which are close and easy access. There are plenty of eateries nearby.

Lovely spacious apartment which looked just like the photos online. Great location for Haeundae beach, Blueline sky capsules, and In the same building as Busan X the sky. Our room on the 72nd floor had amazing views. Staff were very accommodating and allowed us to leave luggage on arrival. We would definitely stay there again
