It’s a good value, but be aware it’s one of these new style operations with no front desk, no lobby, no room cleaning, etc. sort of like staying at your buddy’s apartment while he’s out of town. But your buddy would be very tidy. The place was super clean and seemed new. I had mistakenly turned off the hot water boiler, which, for some reason is on the same system as the room controls. Neither of which I ever really figured out, but there is a person on staff and by emailing the company and getting a quick response they got the hot water on.. it doesn’t help that I don’t know the language and that’s not anybody’s fault but mine. Again it’s a bargain and there’s a great market right across the main road. And lots of interesting stuff just out the back door. In other words, great location. But the place is super basic. It did have a window that opened and that’s always a nice touch.

Accomodation is very clean and has everything you need. It is a bit tight if you have two large suitcases but manageable. Its in a great location in the heart of what is basically downtown Busan. Really recommend it if you want to explore nightlife.

I am very satisfied!

I really like this place and if I come back to Busan, I will stay here again. Convenient location, amenities like apartment, quiet places and many restaurants and stores including Lotte department store are all in walking distance. One thing I would like to mention is throwing garbage was not easy, I think this might come from the government’s policy - separate collection. I often dreamed my place’s(California, USA) lean policy. Overall, very very good place. Thanks.

This place was super clean and having an in-room washing machine was very convenient. Walkable to Seomyeon street and the Metro. Checkin was a little confusing beforehand, since there is no desk. You are emailed the code to your room at check in time, thats it.

The room was compact, modern, well maintained and very functional, close to Seomyeon Metro station (exit 12). There is also a washer, and small kitchen equipped with a microwave, large fridge, stove, pots and dishes, which we didn't use since there were many restaurants in the surrounding area.
