Charged me to change room to room I’d booked.

I booked this room specifically for the spa tub and when I got there it wasn’t a spa tub at all. I asked about it and showed the details on my booking and they refused to give me a room with a spa tub without paying more (20,000w per night). I was annoyed and promised my guest this tub and the hotel owner was uncooperative despite me showing my booking details. I told them they need to sort this on their Hotels.com site. Also the connectivity from the pc to the tv couldn’t be sorted by the staff members so we couldn’t watch You Tube or Netflix which is usually possible. She promised to fix it the next day but didn’t. Very poor service. Will not visit again nor recommend despite the great facilities.

They advertise that each room has a private spa. This is not true. The room has a bath, so you're better off paying less for a room at a nearby hotel which actually delivers on this promise. Room was clean but the cleaners are noisy in the morning.

호텔이용후기

702호는 화장실 냄새가 심하게 나서 카운더에 말을 했더니 602호로 바꿔 줬어요 602호는 냄새가 나지않았고 청소도 깔끔하게 되여 있었어요. 가격도 모텔 가격과같고 객실도 모텔과 같습니다. 객실은 복불복 인것같네요

Not your hotel for extended stay

This hotel is not for you if you're staying more than a few hours. It has no closet or any hangers for your clothes, just 2 hooks for your coats. We learned the hard way that it's considered "love hotel". We were traveling during Korean thanksgiving and this was our only option. We however have no complaints about cleanliness or service

해운대 킹사이즈 침대 모텔 구석구석 (제논팔팔)

출장와서 혼자 1박하는데 이 호텔을 선택한 이유는 침대사이즈가 KING 사이즈라고 설명되어 묵었습니다. 설명대로 KING 사이즈 크기에 혼자 편안히 잘 수 있습니다. 방문을 열고 들어가자마자 침대를 보는데 가장 먼저 눈에 뛰는 것이 "장화"가 아주 친철하게 노출되어 놓여 있더라구요...호호호 일반형입니다. 러브호텔이라는 특징 때문에 KING사이즈 침대 한 가운데 PIN 조명을 때려 줍니다. 나름 신경쓰신 것 같네요 ㅋㅋㅋ 그것도 그린색상으로....ㅋㅋㅋ 물론 불끄고 자면 상관없죠. 2분이 와서 주무실 때는 영화의 한 장면을 연출하실 수 있으리라...봅니다. 호호호 침대와 TV의 거리는 가까운 편입니다 침대 발 쪽 끝에서 바로 위로 붙어 있었고, 2XX번대 채널에서 지루하지 않은 수위가 약한 "노루포"도 볼 수 있었습니다. 샤워부스에 샤워기는 고장났는지 물이 안나왔고, 욕조가 길게 넓어서 그 안에 샤워기로 샤워를 할 수 있었습니다. 해운대 인근에 출장을 자주가는데 다음에는 바다가 보이는데 묵어보고 후기를 올릴께요... 제논팔팔

객실의 외견이 이쁜 '모텔 '

부산에 여행을간 3일동안 묵은 호텔 (이름은 호텔이지만 시설은 깨끗한 모텔입니다) 장점은 가벼운 검색을 할수있을정도의 컴퓨터가 있는점과 비교적 깨끗한 객실 해수욕장과 해운대역에서 멀지않다는 점이고 단점은 화장실이 모텔답다고해야하나 너무 개방적이였고 전자레인지가 1층에만 있었던점과 사용하지않은 커피포트에 물기가 있던점은 좀 찝찝했고 냉장고가 겉으로 보는것에비해서 매우 작다는점 그리고 샤워기가 고장나있어서 물이 옆으로 새더라구요

Two nights at ultra modern ForU

The hotel was very neat and clean. I liked the ease of the shower and the Wifi. The owner needs to have other languages on the food menu so guests can order their food from the room. The remote was also in Korean which made it a challenge to figure out. Overall, a fun stay.

찬물과 방음 안되는 호텔

1. 일단 한겨울에 따뜻한 물이 안 나옴. 하여 욕조 사용은 커녕 샤워도 불편. 2. 방음 안됨. 옆 방의 소리 다들리고 밖의 차량 소리에 잠이 깰 정도. 3. 위의 이런 사정으로 새벽 3시에 퇴실하려고 해도, 바깥 주인이 말도 안되는 소리로 사람 약만 올림. 하여 그 새벽에 200킬로미터를 달려 집으로 복귀함. 4. 다른 사소한 건도 많은데 호텔스닷컴에서 못 적게 해서 이정도만. 절대 비추 모텔임.

전반적으로 께끗하고 위치도 좋았습니다. 다만 가족 숙박보다는 연인으로 가는것이 좋을 것 같습니다. 그리고 창문에 방충망이 없어서 약간 더운데 에어컨을 틀었습니다. 저희는 에어컨 바람보다 자연바람이 좋은데 말입니다. 시설 측면은 상당히 괜찮습니다.

まずまずのホテル

ヘウンデ駅からほど近く海岸、水族館も徒歩で着く。部屋は喫煙者用なのか窓が閉められなかった以外は特に問題なし。近くに美味しい焼肉屋があった。それ以外にもレストラン、コンビニが近くにはたくさんあり便利だった
