Conveniently located next to Busan Station which provides connectivity to easy transportation to tourist areas. Lots of food options. The room itself is gorgeous, clean and inviting. Tons of storage space and a fully equipped high end kitchen. In suite laundry was smartly tucked away in the pantry. The massage chair and clothes steamer was a nice bonus to have!

Close to KTX and Busan station, so easy to get around to different areas of Busan. Was slightly challenging to find our way to our room at first, but staff was helpful and responsive.

The property is near Busan station, very easy to get train, room is clean, the view is beautiful. At beginning, we couldn’t figure out how to use air conditioning, because we couldn’t read Korean instruments, finally we found English version and solved problems.

Absolutely one of the most confusing places to access. Thankfully, one of the security officers told us the correct tower and elevator to use to reach the room after we roamed around for 20 minutes. You need a code to get to the elevators, a code to use the elevators, and a code to enter the room. The room is controlled by a touch screen which is in Korean and must be translated for non-Korean speakers. It took a while to figure out climate control and lighting control. The toilet also has a control panel in Korean. However, despite all of the confusion, the room is great. Awesome views, very clean, and the staff was responsive anytime we needed something. The luggage storage was a nice perk too.

Its important to recognize that this is a residential hotel, meaning it is an apartment you're staying in, so it will not have all the amenities of a standard hotel, but with that in mind I had a great stay. The communication beforehand was great, the apartment was clean and huge, and the view was beautiful. Not much more I could have asked for.

We had a great stay at Brown Suites! The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed — washer, dryer, LG Styler, full kitchen, and even a massage chair. It made our family feel right at home. The location was super convenient, with plenty of eateries, supermarkets, and easy access to train and metro stations. But during our last 2 days, there was a slight odour in the corridor, we guess possibly from neighbouring units or leftover food waste from the rubbish chute, but it didn’t affect our overall experience. All in all, a very pleasant and comfortable stay.

The property manager was able to allow us to drop off our luggage inside our booked residential unit prior to check in time, in addition to getting our keys. Everything was well instructed and really enjoyed their kiosk and QR code services to check in and check out system with all the amenities detail.

Best stay ever!

It's truly a home away from home! The location was easy to find, and lots of food options in and near Busan Station. The Ocean view was beautiful and the suite was extremely clean, with very comfortable beds. Checking in (and out) was easy and the staffs responds very quickly to requests. Would totally visit again when we're back in Busan!

The space and conditions of the property was excellent, we’ve enjoyed nice ocean view and lots of modern amenities. The location of the place is very convenient from the train station, you can walk directly from the station to the hotel without getting out to the streets, there’s a walkway directly from the station to the hotel. Only downside was that when we walked in, there was oder coming from the sink, but there weren’t any rooms available to switch. The staff came over and sprayed air fresheners and opened windows. Another downside is, like many other reviews, it is hard to navigate through the property. They send you a Youtube video of how to get to the check in place but just getting in and out of the place was hard. I would stay here again though since we know the layout, and found out there was a market right across from the place where you can eat and shop.

View is fantastic. Place is clean and well equipped. Will definitely come back again if I’m in Busan. Only downside is that it’s on the other side of Busan Station where most of the things happen. It may also be a little difficult for new visitors to locate the key. Tip: if you’re coming from Busan Station, take the sky bridge that’s connected to the building, take the elevator to the FIRST floor. Then, head to the actual entrance, next to Hyundai showroom. From there, enter the building and locate the key card from the postal boxes on the right.
