The staff at this hotel were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. I arrived earlier than the check-in time, and they graciously allowed me to store my luggage until my room was ready, which I truly appreciated. I also enjoyed breakfast almost every morning — the team behind the counter were consistently pleasant, attentive, and welcoming. I would especially like to acknowledge one housekeeping staff member, an older lady who cleaned my room. She was always cheerful, kind, and went out of her way to be helpful. As an adoptee visiting my homeland, this trip has been deeply emotional, and her warmth and sincerity brought me a sense of comfort and belonging that I will not forget. Although I didn’t get the chance to learn her name, I am deeply thankful for her genuine kindness and the positive impact she had on my stay.

I stayed at Best Louis Hamilton Hotel for 7 nights and it was perfect. Very good service. Clean the room every day and provide everything that you need at the hotel. It's very clean and in a very convenient location in Heundae. Bus service is not too far away from the hotel. The beach is very close by. The staff was very polite and offered you assistance at any need. I highly recommend this hotel. Really worth more than the price you pay for it.
