The room was clean but a little sparse, and badly organised. The TV is on the dresser, for example. But overall the bed was comfy, the shower had good water pressure and the staff were lovely.
Best English Breakfast I've had in a long long time. Worth going back just for that.
Stayed here with my father for 2 nights
All the staff were very welcoming .
We had bed and breakfast which was delicious x
We also had dinner there which was very nice
Working over the bank holiday so very tired when I turned up. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Room was clean and bed was comfy. Included breakfast was the icing on the cake. Would stay again.

Friendly country pub stay
Delightful pub. Friendly staff. Could do with new mattresses!! But good enough for one night.
This is a very small property, with only 6 rooms. I like the location, the breakfast in the morning, and the staff. Always willing to help and friendly. Also, the bed has the best duvets you can find. Not sure why that makes it so great, but always rest well here.

Decent enough but a sparkle of decor would certainly help.

The staff were excellent; parking was no problem, and the shower was good, but I found the mattress to be very uncomfortable - I could feel every spring.

I had a pleasant stay here just overnight. The staff could not have been better and were very friendly and helpful. Plenty of free parking. Situated in a lovely quiet village. Food was excellent. Only issue was the bed, the mattress desperately needs replacing. The shower made a noise like a hoover but the water temperature was fine.
Friendly and helpful staff. Country pub feel. Rooms outside you should consider this if you are a lone traveller. Not an issue for me as it was really quiet.2
Great value for money
Very welcoming and staff always ready to please. The units weee very well equipped, including fridge. Our personal outside space was lovely but the chairs very uncomfortable. Also shared this space with pub garden making it noisy, smoky and at times our chairs were borrowed. Also the mattress springs can be felt and the plastic lined 13 tog quite is too much for a heatwave.
