The Bushel is a friendly well run pub right in the heart of Bury St. Edmunds. It has the advantage of Car Parking for guests. Breakfast and Dinner were both good value and tasty. The staff are helpful and efficient. We stayed in one of the courtyard rooms. This had all we needed including a good size bed, shower, tea and coffee, Tv etc. We would certainly stay here again when we are next in the area.

We arrived early and our room was ready to check in which was super as we had a wedding to attend.parking was available which was another plus for us. Staff were inviting and friendly. Room was inviting and comfortable. Lovely shower! Loved the bar snacks and lovely breakfast. Ideal location for us in the middle of shops cafes etc.

A lovely weekend in Bury St Edmunds

We had a lovely stay at the Bushel for a weekend in Bury St Edmunds. Free parking, friendly staff and a great breakfast! Lots of character and charm in this 17 century coaching inn and still a buzzing pub until closing time.
