Great quirky pub, restaurant and hotel. Ideal for us on our way to Norwich. Have stayed before, so was looking forward to going back. Delicious food, lovely, comfy beds in fun 'cow' themed rooms. Our second stay here, we love it so much! The staff are wonderful and our room (Cowslip) was spacious and a beautiful place to stay, with a lovely big comfy bed and lovely tea and coffee selection (and biscuits!) We had everything we needed. The food downstairs is always excellent and the pub and restaurant have a great, cosy atmosphere. Just a couple of tiny things to improve on - the shower head isn’t great (think possibly just needs a good clean) and an extension lead on the unit by the TV would be super helpful (or a longer cable for the kettle!) - I’d also appreciate softer pillows, but that’s a personal choice and other than that I have absolutely nothing negative to say and we will be back (wouldn’t stay anywhere else when visiting Lakenheath) thank you!
