Liked: Room comfort
The hotel has a modern look, and the beds were very comfortable. However, the pillows could be a bit firmer.
Breakfast was extremely busy, I had to find and clean my own table, and there was a constant queue near the coffee machines. At one point, one of the two coffee machines stopped working. When I mentioned it to a staff member, she looked at the machine and rather abruptly said, “Nothing is wrong,” before walking away. I was taken aback, as the screen clearly showed an error message.
One of the lifts was also out of order during my stay.
I used the wellness facilities as well, which unfortunately were in very poor condition, the area was dirty, moldy, and the floor was slippery with green buildup. The steam room smelled strongly of mold, the jacuzzi was not working, and the shower area was dirty, with hair and a noticeable urine smell.
I’m generally not fussy and rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was quite disappointing given the hotel’s otherwise modern appearance and comfortable rooms.
