Before you book:The check-in email discloses that there are cameras with audio. This is definitely something to be aware of.This house could be amazing and worth the fee if it was better kept. There are repairs and replacements required, some more pressing than others. Some of the furniture is on its last legs, there were lightbulbs out, ants in a bathroom…for example. But there is also plenty of space, inside and out. We saw wildlife and the house is big enough to accommodate large families.

Disliked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy
The view is beautiful, but unfortunately there were significant issues with this property, including some we considered safety concerns.Several basement lights were missing/not working. After maintenance replaced bulbs, we discovered lights repeatedly turning back on with the switch OFF & ultimately had to remove a light to stop it. The front door requires a key to unlock it from INSIDE, & other exterior doors required significant force or two people to operate. Combined with the electrical issues, we had serious concerns about safely exiting in a fire or emergency. We also found what appeared to be black mold in the basement, wasps inside, torn mattress pads, a sticky kitchen table & a nonworking skee-ball machine. The listing states bar soap & shampoo are provided. Neither was. Management also told us their starter kit includes toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, garbage bags, dishwasher pods & a sponge. Most of these were missing or nearly empty. There wasn't even a usable indoor trash can. This matters because the property is 20–25 minutes from a store. Some feedback we offered, like hangers, luggage stands & clearer pre-arrival instructions, was simply for future guests. Instead of acknowledging the legitimate issues we raised, management largely pushed back. We were also told the owner would call us that evening - never did. This property needs attention, particularly to its electrical system, door locks, moisture/mold issues, maintenance & accuracy of listing.
