From the minute you arrive and step onto the covered deck you will face some of the most beautiful mountain views in Western North Carolina. Grab a glass of wine and a sweater and enjoy the scenery by the fire pit or sink into the covered Hot tub and enjoy the breathtaking views of the majestic Blue Ridge Mountains.

The view here is absolutely phenomenal—the photos truly don't do it justice. The house is very cute, cozy, and welcoming. The hot tub is a fantastic addition and offers the same breathtaking view as the front porch, making it a perfect place to relax.Check-in was simple and hassle-free, and Melissa's communication was excellent throughout our stay. It's an amazing getaway for a couple, with plenty of fantastic food options nearby.The only thing I would change is that there are only two TVs in the house, both of which are smaller and not smart TVs. Other than that, everything was wonderful.Overall, this was a 10/10 stay, and I would definitely recommend it We will be back

Overall it had everything I needed. The property felt private and had nice views of the mountain, yet I was still close enough to amenities like a grocery store (10-15 minutes down the road) and restaurants in downtown Burnesville.

Perfect Family Getaway

Our Family of 4 enjoyed our stay at Sunset Ridge! It was a perfect weekend mountain getaway! The views were amazing! We enjoyed being able to use the hot tub to relax! Management was quick and responsive to our needs! Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful view, great cabin

Great cabin, spacious, clean. The best part was the beautiful view from the from the front porch - morning coffee or evening cocktail from the rocking chair. The hot tub was also great after a day of hiking.

Very clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again. I would recommend getting there in the daylight however. No address marker and you can't see it at night and you don't know if you can trust GPS in the mountains in the dark. We didn't and went too far up the drive and had to back down. Semi-private in the winter but would be more private in the summer due to foliage. Not sure how it would be for a louder family or group. It was a very quiet setting and it would be easy to disturb surrounding properties. Great space for a quiet, relaxing getaway.
