The Inn was ok for a quick overnight stop. Sheets and bathroom were clean. I feel like it was not worth the money paid. Breakfast was lacking compared to other Days Inns that we have stayed at. Said in description that there was an outdoor pool but it was empty and we stayed in June when school was out. The restaurant that was in front of it was fabulous.

It was an interesting stay for us. Driving Vegas to seattle and this hotel was the only one suitable for us. It was perfect. Love the dog at the reception and the receptionist was really helpful. Rooms were clean and nice for the price.

The pictures on the website looked really nice compared to the actual place, The pool wasn't up and running , went to the office to check out and there was no one to be found. When I checked in I barely understood the guy at the front desk, not sure if he was hi or what. If I ever have to stay in Burn again it will not be at the Days Inn

One guy running the place, he was nice but never at the front desk. VERY dirty room and loud people who stayed. Parking lot is teeny tiny. It doesn’t look like the other hotels in this town are any better. My advice is stay in a different town. Plan to go further down the road or stay before you get to burns. Burns is a sad little town.

I booked a suite and it was very spacious but could definitely use some dressing up. The bed was comfortable and the shower water pressure was amazing! Those 2 things are my most important requirements! Attention to detail seems to be lax as the room could have been dusted and the floor damp mopped. I realize it is an old property but cleaning the lobby doors and windows would help first impressions. The “deluxe” complimentary breakfast was pretty bleak and the area was not very appealing. The front desk attendant was very friendly and checkin and out was easy.

When I walked into the office to check in, I noticed key cards lying on the floor and all over the counter. The reception area had dirty floors and very dusty monitors. My room floor was dirty and looked like they hadn’t been mopped since the last occupied stay. Room had a stinch like someone had just cooked in the room.

Property is absolutely filthy. Every parking spot taken by construction vehicles…EVERY SPOT! Looks as if this is a crash out spot for road construction crews. Breakfast is an absolute joke. Avoid this property unless you’re desperate. Seriously, this place is a dump worth passing up.

I arrived at 1130 pm to check in and was told they had a large group checking in at 4 am. Was asked to check out of our room by 7 am so they could get the next group in. Their policy is check out by 11 am. I was shocked and extremely disappointed. No discount was offered, I was just told that if I wanted my room that I reserved 3 days before, I had to get out by 7 am that morning. The rooms were clean and beds comfortable but I would not ever stay there again. When being told another group is more important and I paid for the room until 11 but have to be out 5 hours earlier is not good customer service.

Manager tried to force his way into our room without permission. We were sleeping and he said we didn't pay for the second night's stay. Reservations were made in advance for a two-night stay. He never answered our e-mail he requested for confirmation about the reservations. Dead bolts were in place as well as a door brace which I always carry for extra security. If it were not for the brace, he would made his way into our room. I told him the next morning had he made it into our room, I would have shot him as I always care a gun. He didn't seem to care. Not the sharpest tool in the shed for sure. There are much better places to stay in Burns, Oregon. Choose wisely.
