When i arrived I was not sure where to go and got to meet Ralphaldo who is the concierge that put me straight in the hotel's golf buggy and took me to the reception. He was great to talk to and was a lovely person to chat with and so cheerful. The suite was amazing and spacious, it was also clean and spotless. The staff were lovely and were extremely helpful in the restaurants and made wonderful suggestions. The food was amazing, each restaurant was great and had their own wonderful menus

Last minute booking for me and my hubby - booked a suite which was great value for money with the extras which were complimentary snacks and drinks and chocolates great touch - super huge room and comfy topper bed - couple of issues with bath not emptying and girgling in the tap waste - easily fixed - and room was directly above venue and a wedding on sousic until 1230 maybe 1pm ... Asked at reception if any suites further down and told these are for the bride and other guests - to me it would make sense for them to have the suites above the venue as it's their do so they won't be bothered about noise! A lot to pay when we couldn't get to sleep until after 1pm and music banging all night Is there any suite rooms we can book for future or are they all subject to the noise ? Sunday lunch was delicious highly recommend - all staff are attentive kind and happy to serve Will be back again if I can get a quieter suite !

We had a very disappointing stay and we put in what I can only assume to be the worse room. It wasn’t even in the hotel. I booked a luxury room in the hotel and on arrival were told we were in the farmhouse. This was further away from the hotel and looks like a dated travel lodge which is in need of upgrading. Absolutely shocking, I complained twice, first time they said it was what I’d booked. I checked. It wasn’t. I rung again they said they could move us to a bigger room in the farmhouse. We were already upset and decided if we couldn’t be in the hotel we put up with where we were. They then rung us later after we’d accepted the situation and they said they could move us to the hotel. By this point they’d already spoiled the stay so we stayed where we were. So insulting. I would not stay here again. My advice, when booking don’t let them put you in the farmhouse it’s as expensive as the hotel and rubbish. It should not be offered as accommodation associated with the hotel, it’s a huge letdown. I was offered 20% off the bill. We still paid far too much for such a terrible room. This is a first for us, I’ve never been so disappointed with a hotel experience in our 25 yrs of travelling together.

We had a fantastic stay at Crowd Spa and Hotel. The suite was beautifully designed—spacious, modern, and exceptionally comfortable. The spa facilities were top-notch, offering a perfect mix of relaxation and luxury. Highly impressed and would definitely return!

We had a fab time here. The staff were second to none. The food was superb. It wasn't mis sold. However, access to the spa (without paying so much extra) would have been a nice touch. Maybe even a sizeable discount. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.
