Our most popular unit because of the view of the water separated by lush green grass. This unit has 3 bedrooms with either king or queen beds and the large open living/dining/kitchen has 3 double futons and a nook with three twin beds for a bunk house feel. This unit has a fully equipped kitchen with two refrigerators, two bathrooms, barbeque grills, HVAC. All linens are furnished except for swimming or lake towels.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.

Birthday Weekend

We booked this place for my birthday. In total 13 guest that included 7 adults and 6 kids from teenage to infant. There was plenty of space for us! The place was great! Only downside was to get to the back bedroom you had to walk through another one. It rained so hard that the back room flooded! The driveway where a smaller suv was parked was almost submerged we had to move cars asap. I called the owner and they were great. Sent someone right away to suck up water and didn’t complain where we parked the cars. They do however need to update and get a drain for that issue and the whole place could use a little update. But over all we would rent again.

Fabulous Eclipse venue

We had the absolute best experiences ever at Heart of Texas Lake Resort. Very comfortable accommodations, clean, and everything you could need was there!! Plus!!! We will definitely be back for future family gatherings. Beautiful birds and lake views. Thank you for providing the perfect place to observe the magnetic eclipse!
