Our car was broken in through the window at night. No compensation was offered in any form from hotel management. In fact management + person at the reception refused to call the police and I had to call 911 myself. Labor weekend with the family in Boston was completely ruined due to inability to travels any further until the glass is fixed after the holidays. My 10 year old daughter is still shaken by the event. Overall terrible experience and I would not recommend anyone staying in this hotel - their parking areas are UNSAFE!

Short stay.

Stay was good. Easily exceptable to hiways. Breakfast was minimal and out of everything often. They seemed to have issue keeping up with filling things. Office Staff was great. Room we were in was near a door and the office and the noise was bothersome starting about 5 am.

The location is good for getting to Burlington and Middlebury areas. There is a sidewalk along Route 7, so it is walkable to restaurants or nice for a run/walk/jog. The staff were great and very helpful. I was disappointed that the gym didn't have a treadmill, like I saw in the photos. The room was basic and clean enough. Overall, I am satisfied with the hotel for what I paid.

Did not get the room i reserved. But that was likely on Expedia and not the place. The room was damp (floors, bedding) and smelled weird. The walls are paper thin. The front desk people were very nice and tried to help us figure out the room mix up and did try to find a solution. Bed was ok. And plenty of dining options close by. Parking wasn’t great for unloading/loading for where our room was.

This hotel should be demolished. It’s truly the worst place I’ve ever stayed. The smell of smoke was so unbearable that I left after first night of two night stay. The towel rack in bathroom fell off the wall when I went to hang a towel. It was obvious this wasn’t the first time this had happened as there were multiple screw holes in wall.

Avoid this place

This hotel was so disgusting. It smelled moldy and like a dive bar. We could not even stay here. We walked out and found a new habitable place down the road.
