Welcome to our beautiful 3BR home located in the heart of historic Burlington! Lovingly updated and professionally designed, our space is perfect for families, friends, or anyone looking for a stylish, comfortable place to stay. The home has three spacious bedrooms, a fully renovated kitchen, a dining area, and play/exercise space.

If you are in the Burlington/Elon area and looking for a place to stay, don’t look any further.

★ House Rules & Fees !

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for all guests, please review and adhere to the following house rules. Violations will result in additional charges.

→ Unauthorized Guests: $500 per unauthorized guest.

→ Unauthorized Pets: $300 per unauthorized pet.

→ Smoking Violation: $500 fee for smoking inside the unit or in non-designated areas.

→ Misuse of Hot Tub (if applicable): $300 fee (e.g., failure to follow usage guidelines, excessive debris, or damage).

→ Unauthorized Late Checkout: $300 fee if checkout extends beyond the designated time without prior approval.

→ Excessive Trash or Mess: $300 cleaning fee if the unit is left in an unsanitary or excessively messy condition.

Great stay near Elon University

Student visit

We flew in from CA to spend the weekend with our daughter and landed in this adorable gem! This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath is centrally located in Burlington. Nice sizeable kitchen, clean and comfy family room furniture and beds. We will definitely be back!

Communication during stay

Everything about the property was great. My only criticism is that the property manager had sent lots of automated texts and welcomes but when I asked a question and then another, I got a reply that they would research but they never responded again.

Inaccurate listing

While the house was lovely, the listing clearly stated that it slept 8 people and had multiple beds listed that did not exist. Two of our teenagers ended up sleeping in the floor. The listing also indicated an EV charger, but the only one we saw was at the house next door. If you have a small group, this house would be great, but it definitely only has beds for 5 and only one could sleep on the couch, which does not pull out. Communication was also not great at all and I did not receive timely responses that were relevant to the situation. There were plenty of opportunities to avoid this problem and there was no response to communication after checking other than automated checkout information. I have never rated a property below 4 stars (and not sure if I’ve ever given below 5), but this listing is misleading and created problems for our group, so I was very disappointed. If you have a smaller group, this house would likely work well for you. It did not have a lot of extras (soap in the bath/shower for example), but was adequately appointed and clean and cute and the neighborhood was nice. It just wasn’t what was advertised.

The location of the home was perfect. We walked to several great restaurants and explored the neighborhood. The house was equipped with everything you would need. I would definitely stay here again!
