The location is great; the staff is super helpful and friendly. The beds and pillows are comfortable and the shower is excellent. The decor is modern and simple, a little sparse... The room was large. There are no dressers in the rooms, just some low shelves that are not that easy to use for storing clothing. As in all hotels, I wish there were more hooks in the bathroom. I would stay again.

Interesting Design and Feel

Short and sweet. Just a quick overnight. Comfortable bar and restaurant. Conveniently situated near the main shopping area and the marinas on Lake Champlain. Rooms were not late but ingeniously designed to give fell of a larger room with privacy

Love staying at this hotel when we are in Burlington, but was a bit disappointed in the cleanliness of our room. The water bottle and one of the glasses appeared to have e a little mold/dirt in them and there was mold growing in the shower. Have never had this problem with Hotel Vermont.

We couldn't be more happy with our stay. The hotel staff was super accommodating to our needs. We used the hotel as a base for a cycling trip. They agreed to receive our bike from UPS a day early, allowed us to take the bike to our room, agreed to store the bike case while we rode north for a few days, and agreed to allow UPS to pick up the bike from the hotel after we departed. The rooms were spacious, had high-end artisanal soap made in Vermont, and were very clean. Each floor has a centrally located on-demand, freshly ground coffee machine and a sparkling water dispenser. The hotel is well located to many downtown restaurants. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Perfect Week in Burlington

We had a great stay at Hotel Vermont. Excellent service from a very friendly and professional staff. Loved the coffee and water station on each floor. Loved that I could request a tidy up via text. Super comfy and centrally located to Church Street and Lake Champlain. Overall really fabulous!

Great place to stay

It’s not cheap, but the Vermont Hotel is a great place to stay. The location is convenient to downtown amenities, the building is well designed and well maintained, and the service is excellent.

So much to do in Burlington…absolutely loved it! Hotel Vermont was amazing and had bike storage available for our bikes, coffee and water on every floor and a great restaurant. Its location was perfect for walkable activities!
