A strong option in Burlington with beautiful views of Lake Champlain. Pur only feedback is that two of three elevators were out of service, and the one that worked had a very loud squeak. If you stay in the six rooms closest to the elevator bay on any floor, you will hear this throughout the night.

Would like the coffee back in the rooms. Don’t like going to the hallway in my pjs. The elevator screeched every time the doors opened and could be heard in the rooms all through the night. Lots of homeless people in the area. Don’t feel safe walking, which is why we chose this hotel. So we could walk everywhere. Upon checking out we found parking tickets on our vehicle even though we paid for parking In the hotel garage. They never informed us that we needed to scan a QR code and register our vehicle even though we asked what we needed to do to identify our vehicle. Then they told us there was nothing they could do. After a heated discussion they made things right. Overall not a great stay.

For $300 per night we got poor sound insulation between rooms, no bathroom exhaust fan, no coffee machine in a room, empty(!) minibar that was turn on for some reasons and was very noisy. The restaurant was just ok, but breakfast was awful and expensive. The only what is really good - location

We were able to check in early and it went smoothly. Front desk was sweet and knowledgeable. She gave us ideas on places to go. It was also sweet she remembered I was visiting my 49th state, as we had a charcuterie plate and a sweet "congratulations" note waiting for us in our room the next day. The room was clean and the view of the lake was beautiful. Great location as we were in walking distance of the waterfront and the market. Would highly recommend.

The room was clean and cozy and the staff was amazing and very helpful. The beds were very firm and not comfortable, but otherwise was a phenomenal experience. I have stayed here in the past and would do it again for sure!
