This is a hidden gem. The rooms are clean, newly painted and decorated, with a 52” tv, new mini fridge, microwave, and full hot breakfast! For dinner there is a great steak house, literally down the block.

This is a great place to stay if you want comfort and cleanliness. Its a 1960's motel that has been remodeled. I wouldnt expect super fancy, and breakfast is not part of the package but i have stayed here before as a single female traveler. It is clean, comfortable, safe and affordable! There are restaurants a few yards away and a grocery store next door. The family that runs it is wonderful.

Traveling from Arizona back to Iowa.We booked a room at the Econo lodge down the street and the heater was squealing like a stuck pig. The owner would not do anything about it so we left and found this great hotel. The staff was very helpful and they put us in a newly remodeled room. If you are in Burlington Colorado I would highly recommend staying here.

The staff was amazing and friendly, the property was clean and easy to access and room although with a slightly dated bathroom was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was hot and prepared perfectly. We highly recommend this hotel rather just passing through or for several nights.
