The space features a king bed, two queen beds, and a twin bed, perfect for families, friends and fishermen. Home features two full size bathrooms, laundry room, fully stocked kitchen, sunroom, screened in patio, covered parking and comfortable climate control. New boat dock with covered sitting area, please be aware that when the lake is at low pool, there is 2-1/2’ of water at the end of the dock. There is usage of a paddle board, kayak and large floating water mat. Guests will enjoy a pleasant and relaxing stay no matter the season. The

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Strip used beds & pillows. Leave used linens/blankets in a pile on each bed. Leave all used towels in the bathtubs, not on the floor. Remove leftover food Load and start the dishwasher
Collect trash and place in the garbage can out front Remove personal items Close screen door on the back porch & latch Put security bar in place on the sliding door between the sun room and porch
Close all blinds Turn off lights Front door, press any button to illuminate the numbers, press and hold # to lock. Verify door did lock. If it didn't, you may have to pull the door to you slightly

The house was great and so was the host. Communicated with us and even gave us a few fishing spots. The house had everything we need. The beds were great. Very nice property, great house and location.
