MAIN LEVEL:
LAUNDRY: Stackable washer and dryer in closet, starter supply of laundry pods, broom/dust pan.
KITCHEN: Fully Stocked kitchen with dishware, flatware, pots, pans, bakeware, glassware, cooking utensils, Keurig and drip coffee maker, crockpot, griddle, mixer, and toaster. Refrigerator with ice maker, stove top range/oven, microwave, stairwell to upstairs bedroom. Also provided: starter supply of coffee pods/coffee, sugar, creamer, salt/pepper, and oil.
INDOOR LIVING: 43” Smart Roku TV, 1 sleeper sofa, 2 recliners, large island with bar stools, mini-split system with remote, outside access to patio/deck.
BATHROOM 1: Full bathroom (Shower), basic toiletries
UPSTAIRS:
BEDROOM: 4 - twin beds (custom built-in bunk-beds), mini-split system with remote, outdoor access to private patio.
GENERAL: Free WiFi, complimentary toiletries, towels & linens, washer & dryer, 2 mini split units, 4 Adirondack chairs, charcoal grill, firepit, detached garage (not for guest use), Corn hole boards, hammock, outdoor patio furniture, picnic table.
PARKING: Gravel Driveway; parking for 4 or more vehicles outside of the garage.
Things to note: House is located in a residential area. We ask that you be considerate of the local residents: quiet hours from 9:30pm-8:00am. No pets or smoking. Please treat our house as if it were your own. Starter supply of toilet tissue, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, and laundry pods are also provided. We provide linens & towels, extra blankets and pillows.
Self-check-in is available via an electronic keypad lock. A door code will be provided at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.
Wildlife and Bugs: As the house is nestled in woods close to the river, encountering wildlife and bugs is possible. We have monthly pest control services, but it's advisable to keep windows and doors closed. Brooms and a vacuum are provided for your convenience, as well as a small vacuum just for ladybugs. You may come across squirrels, raccoons, bears, turkeys, snakes, deer and other wild animals during your visit. Please exercise caution.
Grill: Please note that the charcoal grill is located outside, making it infeasible to clean it between every guest. Depending on how the previous guest left it, you may need to clean it before use.
