Great location, small issues

Location was wonderful and home was updated great. Only the hot water worked. The dryer did not dry clothes at all, even 1 small shirt would not dry. Needed a more thorough clean before someone stays. Description listed a grill, which most would presume a propane grill, but instead has a charcoal grill. Not a huge problem, but a better description would help. Showers were great and would rate the stay a 4/5! Would come back absolutely!
