Ab der ersten Minute können Sie hier in Adiaha's kleinem Paradies abschalten und eine entspannte Zeit ganz nah an der Natur verbringen.



Das 260 Jahre alte, liebevoll renovierte Häuschen liegt zwischen dem Wallfahrtsort Altötting und der Musikstadt Burghausen in traumhafter Lage im Grünen.



In der hellen, 90 qm großen Ferienwohnung im Obergeschoß gibt es zwei Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt 4 Schlafplätzen, ein fünfter Schlafplatz kann im Bedarfsfall noch hinzugefügt werden. Das Wohnzimmer ist groß und hell mit gemütlicher Couch-Ecke mit TV sowie einer schmucken Leseecke mit vielen Büchern. WLAN ist vorhanden.



Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit allem, was man für einen rundherum gelungenen Ferienaufenthalt als Selbstversorger braucht.



Die Wohnung hat einen eigenen Eingang und einen kleinen, gemütlichen Garten mit Laube, Essbereich und Grillplatz. Parkplätze sind vorhanden, und ein Haustier ist nach Absprache willkommen (gegen Gebühr). Ein Ventilator steht für warme Tage bereit.



Burghausen (10 km entfernt) ist berühmt für seine Jazzwoche und für unzählige Musikveranstaltungen im Sommer wie im Winter. Auch die weltlängste Burg und die schöne Altstadt sind ein wunderbares Ausflugsziel. Die österreichische Grenze ist nur 10 km entfernt.



Der berühmte Wallfahrtsort Altötting mit seinem wunderschönen Kapellplatz und der weltbekannten Gnadenkapelle sowie zahlreichen weiteren Sehenswürdigkeiten ist nur 5 Minuten mit dem Auto bzw. 20 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad entfernt.



An heißen Tagen sind es nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß zu einem idyllischen Badeplatz am kleinen Flüsschen Alz. Außerdem sind kilometerweite Radwanderwege wie z.B. der Alzradweg bis zum Chiemsee direkt vom Haus aus zu entdecken.



Hier in Grasset haben Sie einen idealen Ausgangspunkt für ausgedehnte Fahrradtouren in den nahe gelegenen Chiemgau oder entlang der Salzach zu Badeseen und schmucken Dörfern.



Die nächstgelegenen größeren Städte sind Salzburg (60 km), Rosenheim (70 km), Passau (80 km), München (100 km).
