This spacious first floor apartment features modern, comfortable furnishings. You share the entrance with the discreet owners, who live on the ground floor and are happy to tell you more about the region on request.

There are many marked hiking trails and cycling paths (the famous RAVeL) in the beautiful nature of the Hoge Venen nature park, where you can also see deer, foxes and hares with a bit of luck. You can reach Luxembourg and Germany in no time by car. Visit Clervaux, Burg-Reuland, Vielsalm and Malmedy and discover the many sights, nice shops and cozy restaurants there. For fans of more action and adventure, there is the Eastbelgium Action, Fun & Karting Center. But above all, enjoy the ubiquitous tranquility of the Ardennes countryside!

When the weather is nice, you can use the garden and terrace. The house is located on a farm, but the animals, including cows and chickens, are now kept more recreationally. The central heating will keep the house warm indoors.
