These apartments have been totally renovated into clean and comfortable units. Large open-concept living/kitchen/dining area flows nicely to the stamped-concrete rear patio and large, spacious yard. There are dedicated firepits and chairs to enjoy the starry nights on the elevated back lawn. Both bedrooms have cozy mattresses and dedicated thermostats to make the nights relaxing and refreshing. The bathroom is situated between both bedrooms and includes a custom tiled shower. The comfortable living room furniture offers plenty of seating and cozy spots to catch some evening entertainment. There are dining tables inside and out, to enjoy home cooking on the stove, in the oven or on the back patio grill provided. The rental property was in a great location to hit various wineries and restaurants along Seneca Lake. Easy to get to Watkins Glen? Ithaca, etc., too. Just taking off one star because the bed wasn’t very comfy, the shower towels were small and rough, the filtered water dispenser on the fridge didn’t work, and shower essentials (e.g., shampoo, conditioner) weren’t provided. Otherwise, super clean and spacious place with easy check in and out, responsive host, reliable WiFi, easy parking, and unbeatable location. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay for three nights. Probably the cleanest property we’ve ever used. Good space and honestly was better in person than the photos on the listing. Parking was great and close enough to town for quick trips for coffee or ice cream! Plenty of towels offered although some were showing wear. There are enough pans and tools to make simple dishes or reheat prepared food. Although we didn’t use it, there is a nice gas grill available as well as a fire pit for each unit. This is a rental that doesn’t have random condiments or spices available so bring what you need. Great for longer stays since there is a washer & dryer in the unit. Bedrooms are nice as well as the single bathroom. All in all a great stay!

We thought the property was very clean, beds and pillows were comfortable, great location to Watkins Glen and plenty of wineries nearby. The firepit was a great plus with plenty of wood. Plenty of space to park and it was a great place to stay. We would definitely stay there again! Would suggest a few more washcloths and towels.

In town for a Thanksgiving visit with family. This was clean, comfortable, convenient, and the communication was excellent. Would highly recommend.
