On the ground floor, you are welcomed by an entrance hall that leads into a spacious living room with direct access to the garden. This level also hosts 1 double bedroom complete with its own private shower and WC. The upper floor reveals an open living room centered around an open-hearth fireplace and a flat-screen TV, alongside a dedicated dining room and a fully equipped kitchen fitted with an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine.
