The fantastic and airy living room is the perfect place to rest and relax whilst watching the satellite TV or reading. Basically, all rooms have access to the outside. The kitchen, also independent and furnished with a table and sofas, will allow you to cook your best dishes on the ceramic hob. The laundry room offers a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron and an ironing board. This 2-storey house offers 4 bedrooms. Bunyola is a charming town at the foot of the Tramuntana mountain range. This is the ideal destiny for those who love nature and excursions. The town centre is about 2.4 km and there you'll find some bars and restaurants, a supermarket, etc . You cannot miss the visit to the villages of Valldemossa, Sóller, Fornalutx, etc. The nearest beach is in Puerto de Soller, about 15.5 km away. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. There is exterior parking for 3 cars. There are parking space for 2 cars in the garage.
