A hidden gem in Northern Virginia, Tortuga Bay is centered around the stunning shoreline of Lake Anna, one of the state's largest lakes. The perfect perch for adventure, your stay overlooks the water and is steps from beach access. Under the warm Virginia sunshine, cast your line and reel in various species of fish, utilize the boat ramp to get out on the water, and hop on the paddle board for a serene glide across the water. Water toys are available for the littlest members of your family, and a gas grill makes summer barbecues inevitable. A hammock, firepit, and multiple outdoor seating areas extend the entertainment.

Inside, warm wood finishes and an effortless lake life theme flow throughout the home. The living room's plush sofas and large smart TV perfectly lend themselves to movie viewings. The adjacent well-equipped kitchen makes cooking a breeze with features like stainless steel appliances and a wooden-block center island.

When you need a moment to yourself, the primary bedroom has an attached bathroom with both a walk-in shower and vintage tub, perfect for evening soaks. There are four additional bedrooms on the property, all comfortable with soft linens and central air. Downstairs, the family room is a great space for the adults to hang out come nightfall. Engage in competitive games of pool and darts, or tune into your favorite sports games on the dual TVs.

When you are visiting with a large group, be sure to utilize the separate guest house, boasting its own kitchenette, bathroom, bedroom, seating area, and balcony.

When you can pull yourself away from your lakeside retreat, check out the Orange Troller (10.6 miles), Chewning Park (21.9 miles), and Pendleton Golf Club (23.6 miles).

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
