A warm Ardennes gîte and a beautiful large garden just for you!

Housed in our fully renovated old family farm, our gîte is designed and managed in an eco-responsible manner, while offering optimal comfort to its visitors.

We wanted to create a warm and welcoming place. We chose quality linen, and opted for beds made, sheets provided, bathroom and table linen provided.
And just for you: a large ornamental garden, a vegetable garden where you can harvest seasonal fruits and vegetables, a large terrace with solid wood furniture, outdoor and indoor games (ping-pong, darts, skittles, boules, board games, etc.) and a wood stove that can be lit on request to warm up the cooler days.
Our cottage has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The level access, the ground floor and the terrace are fully accessible to a person with reduced mobility.
You will have the following spaces:
A ground floor (110 m²) comprising:
an entrance hall with cloakroom and small piece of furniture a large living room composed of three areas: a comfortable lounge with 3 sofas and a coffee table, a fully equipped fitted kitchen (small and large appliances) with its central island, and a dining area with a large table and 12 chairs. This room alone is 60 m². We provide you with a complete and varied set of dishes for 12 people, as well as glass and hand towels. the Folles Jonquilles room for 2 people, with a large double bed, a clothes rack and a chest of drawers, designed to accommodate visitors with reduced mobility, a bathroom, designed for visitors with reduced mobility, with a PRM-adapted sink, a grab bar, a wet toilet, a walk-in shower with seat, and a hair dryer. a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, ironing board and iron, household utensils. One floor (70 m²) comprising:
a mezzanine with a library corner, a children's play area, armchairs and a cloakroom with wardrobe the En Promenade room for 2 people, with a large double bed and a chest of drawers the Vert Foliage room for 3 people, with a large double bed, a single bed, a screen and a wardrobe the room Les petites mésanges for 4 people with a large double bed, two single beds, a screen, a wardrobe, as well as a private bathroom with shower and sink, a bathroom with a bathtub, two sinks, a hair dryer. 2 separate WCs: a wet toilet and a dry toilet A technical room comprising:
a secure bicycle storage room for 11 bicycles, with water point, electrical outlets and shelf for helmets and bags a garbage room, designed to encourage sorting a 300-litre display fridge, ideally complementing the fridge and freezer in the fitted kitchen. A large enclosed garden of 1200 m² including:
a 40 m² terrace with garden furniture (a large table, 2 benches with backs, chairs, stools, 6 deckchairs and 2 offset parasols), a large ornamental garden with trees and flowers, a vegetable garden where you can pick some vegetables and harvest small fruits as you wish two green waste composters A private car park adjoining the gîte which can hold 4 to 6 cars

The garden area and the cottage are maintained by the owners. It will be appropriate to respect the whole, thank you in advance!
Our visitors will not be required to drop off their rubbish at the village collection point. We will take care of it for them.
