3 Bedroom, 2 Bath 1944 SQ Foot House. Covered Patio with a beautiful view. 3 King size beds with new mattresses. House built in 2010 and all furniture is new. Large comfortable sectional couch in the living room with a large picture window. Spacious kitchen. Easily sleeps 6 adults plus we provide air mattresses and pads to sleep extra people or kids in the large family room. Close to Laughlin Casinos River and Lake. Patio with outdoor TV and Gas BBQ. Short Lyft, Uber or Taxi to Laughlin. Much more comfortable stay if coming to Laughlin or River then a hotel. ******* - Snowbirds or Long Term Rental's welcome Children are allowed.
