Room, Front Desk staffs are basically no problem. However, fire alarm triggering during mid night and PA announcement are confusing, it has to improve the SOP on whether evacuate people in the building or firmly mention it is false alarm.

Good brand new hotel

The presentation of towel no good, you can save the world to put less instead of too much. You may left a note at wall, you may request more if needed. I saw more than 6 towel. Car park exit under construction, please keep up

酒店设施新，早餐也很有特色有新鲜种的菜，自己可以用铰剪剪下来自用，有点创意。 酒店适合自驾，老城区或槟城机场需要开车28分钟，如果不自驾住这边有点不方便，但是如果是从怡保过来，那就会近一点。 酒店停车非常方便，而且酒店后面有很多排档，吃东西方便，价格都比老城区便宜点，如果自驾是个不错的选择。酒店总经理要赞一下，国语丶广东话都说的非常好，非常热情的介绍我们去玩的景点跟好吃的餐厅，非常感谢他。
